How the EPC Assessment Works

Provide the full address and postcode, the type of property and its approximate size.

2. Arrange the Assessment

Book online or contact us by telephone, text or WhatsApp. Access can be arranged through an owner, tenant or keyholder.

Your assessor will inspect and measure the property, record its construction and energy systems, and take the photographs.

4. Receive your EPC

The information is entered into approved assessment software and your completed EPC is registered on the official government register.
